Obituary

WORCESTER-Carol M. (Beck) Fenlon, 82, died Monday, October 17, 2016 in the Odd Fellows Home. She was predeceased by her husband John H. Fenlon and son, John D. Fenlon and is survived by four daughters; Susan Rossiter of Boydton, VA, Judith Bonofiglio and her husband Robert of Worcester, Linda Zola of Avon and Patricia Choinski and her husband Vincent of Brimfield. Carol also leaves her grandchildren; Jennifer Fenlon and Sarah Doherty, Joanne Bellush and Mark Rollins, Lisa and Nicholas Bonofiglio, Ryan and Lauren Hayman, Alicia Zola and Jessica White and Steven Choinski; and five great grandchildren.

She was born in Worcester, daughter of George and Olga (Vendt) Beck and graduated from Commerce High School. She worked at New England Telephone and was a longtime member of First Baptist Church in Worcester. Carol was a former Girl Scout leader and enjoyed the outdoors, painting and crafts. She was a member of the Swedish Ancestry Research Assn. and the Mass Society of Genealogists.

Visiting hours are Thursday, October 20th from 4:00 until 7:00 pm at CALLAHAN~FAY~CASWELL Funeral Home, 61 Myrtle Street, Worcester. A private funeral service will be held on Friday, October 21st.
