Patricia A. “Patsy” (McGuirk) Morin, September 7, 2016, Passed away peacefully at the age of 88 following a brief illness. Patricia was the wife of the late William J. Morin. She was born in Taunton, the daughter of the late Michael & Anna (Wade) McGuirk. She was educated at St. Mary’s Grammar School and graduated from St. Mary’s High School. She retired from her administrative assistant position at Taunton High School and previously from the unemployment office in Taunton. Patricia had resided all her life in Taunton. She enjoyed knitting, sewing, quilting, painting and spending time with her family. Patricia leaves her loving children Jane Reid and her husband James of Taunton, Michael Morin and his wife Sandra DaRosa-Morin of Taunton and Paula Morin of Taunton. She also leaves her siblings Leo McGuirk of Middleboro and Lorraine Russell of Taunton and her late brother Robert McGuirk of North Dighton. Patricia also leaves several nieces and nephews. Funeral home visiting hours will be held at the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St., Taunton, Ma 02780 on Saturday, September 10th from 8:30-10am. Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary’s Church at 10:30am. Burial will be in the family lot in St. Francis Cemetery in Taunton.
