Sturbridge-Erin Anne Davis, 45, passed away on Monday, June 27th, two days before her 46th birthday. Erin leaves her mother, Nancy M. (Cronin) Davis of Holden; her sister, Christine L. Davis of Sturbridge; her brother, John P. Davis of Framingham; her uncle, Neil S. Davis and his family; cousins and countless friends. Erin was predeceased by her father, Dr. John W. Davis, Jr. in February.
Erin was born in Worcester. She attended the Mercy Centre, The Rhinebeck School, Rhinebeck, NY, The Woods School in Langhorne, PA and The New England Center in Southboro where she worked as the Copy Center Manager. For the past nine years, Erin has made her home at Fiske Hill and attended the Day Program at Venture Community Services in Sturbridge.
Erin was a huge Red Sox fan, she also loved music, books, movies and dining out. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and could light up a room with her smile. She was a loving and generous soul and will be greatly missed by all who were lucky to know her.
The family would like to thank Venture Community Services for all their love and support of Erin.
Erin’s Funeral mass will be held on Thursday, June 30th at 10:00 am at Immaculate Conception Church, 353 Grove St., Worcester. Burial will be private. There are no visiting hours. Memorial donations in Erin’s name may be made to Venture Community Services, 1 Picker Rd, Sturbridge, MA 01566 or St. John’s Food for the Poor Program, 44 Temple St., Worcester, MA 01604.
