Obituary

SPENCER: Frank M. Hamlin, Jr. 67, of Donnelly Cross Rd., died Sunday, April 17th. at his home.
He leaves his wife of 35 years, Sarah E. Vinal, his sons Elias P. Hamlin of Spencer and Frank B. Hamlin of Portland, Oregon, his father Frank M. Hamlin, Sr. of West Dennis, Ma., a granddaughter Madison Hamlin of W.Brookfield, his brother Richard Hamlin of Brewster and his sister Andrea Kirby and her husband William of So.Yarmouth, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and his dog Ellie.
Frank was an electrician for Spencer Engineering for 25 years.
He was born in Taunton, the son of the late Bernadette (DeChamplain) Hamlin and later graduated from Holy Name High School and Worcester State University both in Worcester. He served his country during the Vietnam War in the U.S. Army with a tour of duty in Vietnam. He was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed playing cards, especially cribbage, The New England Patriots, The Red Sox, and especially spending time with his granddaughter Madison.
Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family. J.HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer is directing arrangements for the family.
