Diane P. (Rourke) Moreau, 71, of Worcester, died Thursday, March 17th in her home with her loving family at her side. Her husband, Raymond Moreau died in 1984. She leaves her son, Robert J. Moreau and his wife, Dawn of Auburn; her daughter, Tracey J. Provost and her husband, David of Paxton; two sisters, Marie Letourneau and Trudy Bratkon both of Worcester; two granddaughters, Tiana and Samantha Moreau and many nieces and nephews. Her sister, Judy Rourke predeceased her.
She was born in Worcester the daughter of George and Agnes (Flanagan) Rourke and was a graduate of Commerce High School. Diane had worked for the Worcester Public School Department for many years, retiring in 2007. She enjoyed time spent with her family, especially her granddaughters; and spending summers at the family camp. She also enjoyed gardening, and playing cards and cribbage.
