Obituary

WORCESTER: Mary A. (Booth) McInnis, 95, formerly of Worcester, died on Friday, February 26. 2016 at Good Shepherd Healthcare Center in Jaffrey, NH. Her husband of 55 years, John C. “Zeke” McInnis, died February 26, 2006.
She leaves two sons Edward R. McInnis of Fountain Hills, AZ, Raymond J. McInnis and his wife Anne of Greenville, NH; two daughters, Patricia A. McInnis of Worcester, Debra A. McInnis Miller of Worcester; a sister, Evelyn M. Cheroff of Leicester; nine grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; one great-great grandson; and many nieces and nephews.
A son, Ernest R. McInnis, three brothers, Charles E. Booth, Carlton E. Booth, Edward Booth, and four sisters, Doris Cutroni, Gertrude C. Cohen, Geraldine P. Ricciardi, and Joyce O. Nickel, all predeceased her.
Mary was born and raised in Worcester, daughter of the late Harry E. and Eveline A. (McNulty) Booth. She lived here most of her life until moving to Jaffrey in 2010. She enjoyed playing Bingo, arts and crafts, watching the Red Sox and spending time with her family. She will be remembered for her sense of humor and the funny poems she wrote, including one that was published.
CALLING HOURS will be from 5 to 7 p.m. on TUESDAY, MARCH 1, in KELLY FUNERAL HOME, 154 Lincoln St., followed by a FUNERAL SERVICE at 7 p.m. in the funeral home. After cremation, burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
