DUDLEY - Carol A. Sgariglia, 69, formerly of Dudley, died Saturday, February 20, 2016 in Webster Manor after a long illness.
She leaves 2 nephews, William R. Sgariglia, Jr. of Dudley and Rocky Dubois of Townsend; a great-niece, Danielle Dubois; a great-nephew, Kyle Sgariglia; and several cousins. She was preceded in death by a brother, William R. Sgariglia, Sr., in 2009.
She was born and raised in Webster, the daughter of Dominic J. and Delia R. (Russo) Sgariglia. She graduated from Saint Louis High School. She lived in Webster and Dudley all her life.
Carol was first a hair stylist. She then was the manager at Koko’s Bar for many years, retiring due to illness in 2005.
She was a member of Saint Louis Church in Webster.
A memorial Mass will be held at a later date. There are no calling hours. Donations in her name may be made to Webster Manor Patient Activities Fund, 745 School St., Webster, MA 01570. Arrangements are under the direction of Scanlon Funeral Service, 38 East Main St., Webster.
