West Boylston: Harold C. Nordberg, 91, passed away on Saturday, February 6, 2016 in Oakdale Rehab and Skilled Nursing Center. He leaves a nephew Richard W. Keegan, Jr. and his wife Maura Keegan of Rindge NH and a niece Elaine Keegan of WV. He was predeceased by a sisters Marion Keegan and Anna Norberg.
Harold was born March 3, 1924 in Worcester, son of the late Axel and Signe (Hammerberg)Nordberg. He graduated in 1943 from Commerce High School. Harold began working in a local music store. He worked for a security guard agency through out Worcester for a number of years . He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and enjoyed music and listening to the talk radio. He enjoyed the city of Worcester and all it had to offer.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 15, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. in Nordgren Memorial Chapel 300 Lincoln St. Worcester. Burial will follow in All Faiths Cemetery. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church or Oakdale Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center of 76 N Main St West Boylston MA .
