Richard R. Potter, Sr., 80, passed away Monday, January 18, 2016 in Labelle, FLA.
He was the husband of the late Gertrude Potter who died September 8, 2002.
He leaves 5 children, 9 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, 2 sisters and nieces and nephews.
Richard grew up and lived in Sutton most of his life, the son of Roy G. and Margaret A. (Grover) Potter.
He served 4 years in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War.
Richard worked for Henry Camosse & Sons making cement blocks for 20 years. He and his wife then retired to Florida.
Memorial Calling Hours will be Sunday, February 7, 2016 from 12 noon-2PM at the ROBERT J. MILLER-OXFORD FUNERAL HOME, 247 Main St., Oxford.
