Obituary

SPENCER- William T. Eisnor Sr., 90, died peacefully at his home on Friday January 22, surrounded by his loving family.

He is predeceased by his beloved wife Claire S. (Becklund) Eisnor who died in 2011.

Mr. Eisnor is survived by his eleven children: Dianne and husband Brian Johnson, Susan Eisnor, Karen and husband John Cole, William T. Eisnor, Jr. and wife Joanne, Thomas Eisnor, Steven Eisnor and wife Nancy, Judith Eisnor, Richard Eisnor and wife Linda, Robert Eisnor and wife Cathy, David Eisnor and wife Elizabeth, and Christopher Eisnor; his four siblings, Janice, Elaine, Beverly and Helen; 25 beautiful grandchildren and 39 great grandchildren.

He was born in Hartford, CT., son of the late Vernon and Ada (Maroney) Eisnor and attended local schools. Mr. Eisnor enlisted in the United States Army, proudly serving his country during World War II. When he returned home, he began work as an oil burner technician for Pioneer Oil Company. He later worked as a driver for Toohills Oil Company. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus Alhambra Council 88. His happiest moments were spending time with his family, playing cards and telling humorous stories.

Visiting hours for Mr. Eisnor will be held on Wednesday January 27th from 4:00pm until 7:00pm at CALLAHAN-FAY & CASWELL FUNERAL HOME, 61 Myrtle St., Worcester. A Funeral Service will be on Thursday at 10:00am at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton.
