WORCESTER-Antina T. (Juoconis) Dunne, 91, died Tuesday, January 19, 2016. Her husband William F. Dunne predeceased her in 1991. She leaves a daughter, Patricia A. Kelley and her husband Malachi of Jefferson; two sons, James P. Dunne and his wife Elaine of Sandwich and William T. Dunne and his wife Elizabeth of Longmeadow. Antina also leaves seven grandchildren, Seamus Kelley and his wife Candace, T. Casey Kelley and his wife Laurie, Shannon LaCasse and her husband Jordan, Jesse Dunne, Conor Dunne, Liam Dunne and Lily Dunne; a great granddaughter, Tinsley LaCasse; two sisters, Jane Wright of MD and Rita Venizia of NC; and nephews and nieces.
She was born in Athol, daughter of John and Magdelina (Marlakowskas) Juoconis and graduated from Athol High School. After graduating from Worcester City Hospital School of Nursing Antina worked as a nurse for the City of Worcester. She was a member of Our Lady of the Rosary Church and Alumni of City Hospital School of Nursing.
Antina's funeral will be held on Friday, January 22 from CALLAHAN FAY & CASWELL Funeral Home, 61 Myrtle Street, with a Mass at 11 AM at Our Lady of the Rosary Church, 25 Fales Street. Burial will follow at St. John's Cemetery. A visiting hour will also be held on Friday, from 9:30-10:30 AM at the funeral home.
