Obituary

AUBURN: Edgar Rosling, 94, of Field Street died Friday, Dec. 11 in the Life Care Center of Auburn after an illness.
He leaves his wife of 34 years, Mary B. (Tucker) Rosling, a daughter Carla Sanders and her husband George of Auburn, a son David Rosling and his wife Carolyn of Portland, OR, two step-sons Richard Whitmore and his wife Brenda of Millbury and Ronald Whitmore and his wife Iris of Leicester, 6 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, a great-great grandson and several nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by 10 siblings and his first wife Edith Rosling.
Mr. Rosling was born in Bowman, North Dakota, son of Frans and Hilda (Youngquist) Rosling. He served his country during WW II in the United States Navy. He was a salesman for many years at Town Talk Bread Co. retiring in 1978. He was a member of Teamsters Local 170. He was a former founding member of the Auburn Elks. He enjoyed traveling and woodworking. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
Funeral Services and Burial will be private. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to; Second Chance Animal Shelter, P.O. Box 136, East Brookfield, MA 01515. MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 1131 Main Street, Leicester is directing arrangements.
