Cindy L. (Liberty) Rainville, age 59, a lifelong resident of Norton, passed away on Monday, November 23, 2015 at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.
Born in Attleboro, MA on November 6, 1956 she was a loving daughter of the late Richard P. and Marguerite E. (Goos) Liberty.
A graduate of Norton High School, Cindy had formerly worked as a certified nurses assistant at the former Pleasant Manor Nursing Home in Attleboro. She had also been employed as a personal care assistant in private homes and also worked at the former L.G. Balfour Co. in Attleboro.
Cindy loved cats, spending time with her family, and trips to New York to visit family and vacation.
She will always be remembered for her loving gentle ways and especially by her son for being able to spend the entire day with him, the day before she passed away.
She is survived by her loving and devoted son Peter R. Rainville, II of Norton. She was the dear sister of Debbie Lincks of Norton. She was the cherished aunt of Bryan Lincks, Greg Moniz and Rachael Moniz, the adoring great aunt of Kayden, Damon, Gavin, Aiden, Greg, Jr. and Alexis, the loving niece of Skip Liberty, and the special cousin of Tanya, Madison, Ethan and Ava. She is also survived by her best friends Shirley Conniff, Bill and Cathy Bechtel, and her former husband Peter R. Rainville.
Services will be held privately at the convenience of her family. Burial will also be private at the Timothy Plain Cemetery in Norton.
