Judith A. (Aronne) Darling, age 58, of Norton, formerly of Dedham, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at the Golden Living Center in Attleboro.
She was the beloved wife of Kenneth R. Darling, to whom she was for the past 25 years.
Born in Toronto, Canada on July 21, 1957, she was a loving daughter of the late Ferdinand “Fred” and Veronica (Derewlanka) Aronne.
She grew up and was educated in Dedham, and was a 1975 graduate of Dedham High School.
Judy had made her home in Norton for the past 25 years and was a former resident of Dedham. She had worked in the cafeteria at the Yelle Elementary School in Norton for over 5 years, and had formerly been employed at Direct Credit Union, Huntington Mortgage and Northeastern University.
Judy truly loved being a dedicated homemaker to her adoring family. She enjoyed crafts, cooking, and entertaining and socializing with family and friends alike. She had a special place in her heart for animals, especially her Welch Corgi “Oliver”.
In addition to her beloved husband, she is survived by her devoted children Matthew R. Darling and Sarah E. Darling both of Norton. She was the dear sister of Elise Aronne of Wrentham, Brian Aronne and his wife Glena of Attleboro and the late Stephen Aronne. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Her funeral service, to which relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend, will be held on Monday, November 23rd at 10:00 A.M. at the Norton Memorial Funeral Home, 19 Clapp St. (Off Route 140, Taunton Ave) Norton. Burial will be private.
Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, November 22nd from 5:00-8:00 P.M. at the Norton Memorial Funeral Home.
