Carl A. Pratt of Plymouth died unexpectedly on November 14th. He is the beloved husband of Christina M. (Bono) Pratt. Born in Plymouth on August 3, 1955 a son of the late Marion (Hunt ) Pratt. Carl was educated in Plymouth and a graduate of Plymouth – Carver High School Class of 1973 and Bristol Community College with an Associate’s degree in Journalism. He was an employee for Richards Micro Tools where he worked as a purchasing agent. He lived his dream and passion for sports as the proud owner of CAP Sports Productions covering local sports since 1988. His sports magazine show, "The Video Sports Page" recently aired its 1280th episode and celebrated 25+ years of production. Carl was proud to be a citizen of "America's Home Town".
Besides his wife Christina, he is survived by his children Jennifer L. Dupont and her husband Joseph Dupont of North Dighton, Jason A. Pratt of Providence, R.I. and Connor A. Pratt of Plymouth. 3 brothers Bruce Pratt of Plymouth, Colin Grant of Germany and Kevin Grant of Mississippi. Cherished grandfather (Papi) of Ryan A. Dupont and Addisyn T. Dupont.
Funeral from the Davis Funeral Home 373 Court St. North Plymouth on Friday at 9:00 am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Church Plymouth at 10:00 am. Visiting hours on Thursday from 4 till 8 pm in the Davis Funeral Home. Burial in St. Vine Hills Cemetery Plymouth. Memorial donations may be made to the Carl A.
