Worcester – Jacqueline M. (Bloomer) Blanchette, 82, of Worcester, died on Tuesday, October 20th in Saint Vincent Hospital.
Mrs. Blanchette is survived by her husband, Roger L. Blanchette; 2 sons, David Blanchette of Narragansett, RI and Paul Blanchette of Auburn, MA; 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Jacqueline was born in Worcester, daughter of the late, John Bloomer and Estelle (Cadoret) Crowe, and step-daughter of Robert Crowe and is also predeceased by her daughter, Susan Barton of Penacook, NH. She graduated from Holy Name High School, attended Worcester State College, and worked for many years as a teacher’s aide for the City of Worcester Public Schools at the Flagg Street Elementary School.
Funeral services will be held privately with a burial in Notre Dame Cemetery. Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home 12 Hammond St. is assisting the family with arrangements.
