WORCESTER-Samuel Hicks, Jr., 40, passed away Sunday, October 11 at home.
Sam was born July 25, 1975 in Worcester and attended local schools. He graduated from Worcester Vocational and went on to work as an Electrician. Sam was known as the life of the party and always had a smile on his face even in spite of illness. A jack of all trades, Sam enjoyed staying active taking on as many projects as he could. He also enjoyed trips to the beach.
Sam is survived by his mother, Diane (Stefanski) Hicks, with whom he lived; his uncle, Richard P. Stefanski and his wife, Suzzanne; Great aunt, Maureen “Princess” Sima, and many cousins. He leaves many special friends and family. He will also by missed by his beloved dog “Kolby”.
He is predeceased by his grandmother, Marion (Sawicki) Stefanski; grandfather, Richard W. Stefanski, and one uncle, Dave Stefanski.
Funeral arrangements are private and are under the care of the LINDQUIST-LUNDIN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Butler St., Worcester.
