AUBURN/WORCESTER-M. Louise Gallagher, 91, of Brookdale Eddy Pond West and formerly of Worcester passed away at the Rose Monahan Hospice Home Tuesday, September 1st.
Louise was born in Worcester daughter of the late John M. and Mary J. (Connolly) Gallagher and graduated from Commerce High School. She was also predeceased by her brother, Martin J. Gallagher, Sr. Louise leaves several cousins and friends.
Louise worked for many years as a housekeeper at St. Vincent Hospital and also at Maury’s Deli. Louise enjoyed traveling and traveled extensively throughout the United States and Europe. She was a longtime member of St. John’s Church.
A visiting hour will be held on Saturday, September 5th from 8:30 to 9:30 am at CALLAHAN, FAY & CASWELL Funeral Home, 61 Myrtle St. with a Mass at 10:00 am at St. John’s Church, 44 Temple St. Burial will follow in St. John’s Cemetery. Memorial donations in memory of Louise’s brother, Martin J.
