WORCESTER-Gertrude F. (Gustafson) Lotsbom, 90, of Worcester and Chatham, died Tuesday, September 1 at the Homestead Hall. Her husband of 57 years, C. Richard Lotsbom predeceased her on January 19, 2004.
She leaves two sons, Robert R. and his wife Dawn Lotsbom of Sutton and David B. and his wife Carolyn Lotsbom of Walpole and a daughter, Nancy N. Lotsbom with whom she lived. She also leaves five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. A brother Rudolph Gustafson predeceased her. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Fredrick and Signe (Nye) Gustafson and graduated from Commerce High School.
Mrs. Lotsbom worked for several years in the office of Dr. John F. Curran, and prior to that at Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. She was a longtime member of Trinity Lutheran Church and its Anna Circle. She was a volunteer for the Lutheran Home and American Red Cross for many years.
All funeral services and burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the VNA Care Hospice, 120 Thomas Street, Worcester, MA 01608. Arrangements are in the care of LINDQUIST LUNDIN Funeral Home, 36 Butler Street, Worcester.
