Zachary F. Fahey 19, of Harrington Lane, died suddenly,
Sunday, Aug. 2.He leaves his parents; Francis X. Fahey,
III with whom he lived, his mother Lisa M. (Santoro) Fahey,
a brother Owen B. Fahey ,a sister Lydia M. Fahey all of
No.Brookfield, his paternal grandmother Sylvia P. Fahey of
Spencer, maternal grandfather Francis Santoro and maternal
grandmother Noreen Santoro both of Worcester, several aunts,
uncles and cousins.Zack was a Technical
Specialist serving in the U.S. Air Force. He enjoyed
snowboarding and fishing.Born in Worcester, he
later graduated from David Prouty High School in Spencer,
Class of 2014.A funeral service, in the J.HENRI
MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer will
be held on Thursday, August 6 at the conclusion of calling
hours which will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Please omit
