Grace T. (Curry) Mitchell, 95, of Delray Beach, Florida, formerly of New Bedford, died Friday, May 29, 2015. She was the wife of the late Edward R. Mitchell.
Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Martin and Agnes (MacDonald) Curry, she lived in New Bedford and Dartmouth before moving to Boca Raton, Florida in 2003.
She was a communicant of St. Julie Billiart Church in Dartmouth.
Survivors include 3 sons, Michael Mitchell and his wife Monika of Germany, Stephen Mitchell of Delray Beach, FL and Robert Mitchell of Wilton Manors, FL; 2 grandchildren, Jennifer and Rebecca; and 2 great-grandchildren, Joshua and Lynn.
She was the sister of the late Henry Curry and Joseph Curry.
Her Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, September 26, 2015 at 10 AM in St. Julie Billiart Church, Dartmouth. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery. Arrangements are with the Saunders-Dwyer Home For Funerals, 495 Park St. New Bedford.
