Raymond R. Marrier, 48, of Rutland, passed away on Tuesday, July 14th. He leaves his wife of 19 years, Amy G. (Dubeau) Marrier; a son, Joshua R. Marrier; two daughters, Abigaile M. Marrier and Grace M. Marrier, all of Rutland; his father, Robert J. Marrier and his wife Sue of Port Richey, FL; two brothers, William J. Marrier and his wife Debora of Spencer and Ricky Marrier of Port Richey, FL. He was predeceased by his mother, Marilyn L. (Reed) Marrier.
Born in Worcester, he graduated from South High School. Ray was a salesman for Peterson Steel Corp. in Worcester for many years. He was a member of the Shriners and was a Mason. Ray was also a member of the Rutland Sportsman’s Club. He loved hockey and his dogs, Archie and Dunkin. His greatest love was his children, who were his pride and joy.
