Thomas Cyrus Lovelady, 55, died Monday, July 13, 2015 at his home in Water Valley, MS. He was born in Biloxi, MS at Keesler AFB on February 20, 1960 to Cyrus F. and Mary Ellen Lovelady, and later moved to Water Valley with his family. He attended Northwest Community College pursuing computer technology, and he also enjoyed modern art painting. He was currently involved in writing a novel with some friends. He was a former Presbyterian deacon, and was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Water Valley.
Graveside services will be 10 AM Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at Oak Hill Cemetery in Water Valley, MS with Rev. Harold Sprayberry officiating. Deacons and Elders of the First Presbyterian Church will serve as honorary pallbearers. Thomas is survived by his mother, Mary Ellen Lovelady of Water Valley, MS, and several cousins in New York and Connecticut. He also leaves his faithful dog, Freckles. Thomas was preceded in death by his father, Cyrus F. Lovelady. | ||||
