STRONACH, MARGARET “PEGGY” (SCANLAN) of Roslindale, formerly of Somerville, died on June 29th at the age of 85 at home surrounded by her beloved family. Wife of the late Clifford R. Stronach Sr., Daughter of the late Leo and Margaret Scanlan of Somerville. Sister of Rose-Marie Scanlan of Somerville, Jean and Ernest Morrison of Brockton, Eileen and the late Gerald McCarthy of Somerville, Claire and Robert Maestri of Burlington. Loving Mother of the late Theresa Femia, Clifford Stronach Jr. and Leo Stronach of Roslindale, Kurt Stronach and his wife Janet of Oakdale, CT and Charles Stronach and his wife Maureen of Dedham. Cherished by her eight loving Grandchildren, Kurt Jr., Kyle, Keith, Jessica, Christopher, Joseph, Theresa, Mary Elizabeth and many nieces, nephews and friends. We mourn her passing, yet are forever grateful for her impact on our lives. A memorial service will be held at The Lucy Stone Chapel at Forest Hills Crematory, 171 Walk Hill St. Jamaica Plain, MA on Wednesday July 8th at 10:00am.
