In Raynham, June 29, 2015 Scott M. Williams died suddenly at his home in Raynham at the age of 51. Born in Brockton and he was educated at Bristol Plymouth Regional Technical High School class of 1981. Scott was a self employed carpenter. He was the son of Catherine (McKeown) Williams and the late Frederick J. Williams. Father of Nathaniel Williams and Sophia Williams both of Carver. Brother of Lynn Williams of Carver, Frederick Williams of Taunton and Timothy Williams of Rehoboth. Calling hours will be held at the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington Street in Taunton Wednesday, July 8th from 5-7 PM followed by a service at 7 PM. Interment will be private.
