Worcester - John W. Troy V, 25, passed away Sunday, June 14, 2015, at home. He was born in Worcester and was a graduate of Worcester Technical High School. Known by his friends as "JTrizz", he enjoyed rap music, time with family and friends, and especially loved taking walks and spending time with his beloved pitbull, Mega. He leaves his father, John W. Troy IV of Worcester; mother, Darlene Sampson of Shrewsbury; sister, Ashley J. Troy of Worcester; grandparents: Doug and Joan Sampson, John Walsh Troy III, and James F. Jay Sr.; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Services will be held at Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln Street on Monday, June 22, 2015. Calling hours will be held from 5-8pm immediately followed by a funeral service at 8pm.
