PASCOAG, RI – Theresa M. (Sterczala) Bishop, 88, died Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at Lanessa Extended Care in Webster, MA. Her husband of 39 years, Roswell E. Bishop, Sr. died in 1999.
She leaves a brother, Joseph T. Sterczala of Webster, MA; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother, Chester Sterczala and by her sister, Irene Cournoyer.
She was born in Webster, a daughter of Thomas J. & Michalina (Tokarz) Sterczala. She attended Bartlett High School.
Mrs. Bishop worked as a molder at Tupperware in Blackstone for 12 years.
She was a member of Saint Joseph’s Church in Pascoag, RI.
A graveside funeral will be held 10:00 A.M., Friday, June 19, in Saint Joseph Garden of Peace Cemetery, Webster, MA. There are no calling hours. Donations in her memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Scanlon Funeral Service, 38 East Main Street, Webster.
