Worcester-Janet L. (Firestone) Hill, 91, died Sunday May 10, 2015. Her husband William J. Hill died in 2010. She leaves a daughter, Allison Hill, sister-in-law, Roselana Firestone, niece, Cynthia, and Godson Thadeous Lepkowski. She was predeceased by her son Richard and brother Sanford.
Born in Cleveland, daughter of Daniel and Ilona (Lasco) Firestone, she moved to Worcester in 1950 and Holden in 1962.
Mrs. Hill was a member of First Baptist Church, Worcester Art Museum, and Memorial Hospital Aid Society. She was an excellent cook, enjoyed traveling, walking the beach, and the wildlife sanctuary at her summer home in Moody Beach, Maine.
Graveside services will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Hospital. Callahan, Fay & Caswell Funeral Home 61 Myrtle St. is directing arrangements
