Nancy A. (Wojtanek) Case, 58, died peacefully on May 8, 2015 at UMASS Memorial Medical Center.
She leaves her husband of 30 years, Kenneth Case of Worcester; three sons, Christopher Pelkey and his fiancé Patricia Richards of Worcester, Dennis Pelkey and his wife Kimberly of Worcester, and David Pelkey and his wife Tara of Auburn; two brothers, Edward Wojtanek and his wife Gail of Oxford and Harry Tilton and his fiancé Elizabeth Bergquist of Worcester; a sister Shirley Martin and her husband Richard of Lancaster, Ontario, and several nieces and nephews.
Nancy was born in Worcester, the daughter of the late Phyllis (Jones) Tilton and Walter Wojtanek. She worked for the Worcester Knitting Company for 20 years, and later worked as a supervisor at Dunkin Donuts for nearly 15 years. Nancy loved her pets, rainy days and spending time with her family.
A celebration of Nancy’s life will be held on May 23 at Maironis Park, 52 S Quinsigamond Ave, Shrewsbury, MA 01545 at 6pm. There are no calling hours and burial will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Nancy Case Memorial Fund, P.O.Box 60192, Worcester, MA 01606. Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln St., Worcester is assisting the family with arrangements.
