Esther K. (Cataldo) Johnson, age 85, died peacefully at her home in Plymouth on May 9, 2015. She was the devoted wife of the late David B. Johnson. Born in Boston, MA on February 18, 1930, she was a daughter of the late Guippis and Virginia (Pescatore) Cetaldo. She was educated and a graduate of Hyde Park High School. Mrs. Johnson had worked for many years as a machine operator. She moved to Plymouth in 1999 previously residing in Roslindale (Boston). Esther enjoyed cooking and traveling as a few of her favorite hobbies. She was the loving mother of David B. Johnson, Jr of Plymouth, Joseph F. Johnson and his wife Mary of FL, Arlene Reissfelder and her husband Paul of Plymouth, Donald Johnson and his wife Geraldine of Walpole, and Virginia P Rucker and her husband Noel of NB. She was the cherished grandmother of 14 and great grandmother of 5. A visitation will be held at the Davis Funeral and Cremation, 619 State Road, Plymouth on Thursday from 4:00 till 8:00 p.m. Friends and family are welcome at the FuneralHome at 9:15 am Friday to go in procession to the Massachusetts National Cemetery for a graveside service at 10:15 am.
