Antonet M. "Toni" Silva, 50, of New Bedford passed away suddenly on Saturday April 18, 2015 at Tufts Medical Center.
Born in New Bedford, the daughter of Maria (Livramento) Silva and the late Alfredo B. "Freddie" Silva, she lived in New Bedford all of her life.
Toni was formerly employed as an administrative assistant at St. Luke's Hospital for many years.
She was a graduate of Holy Family High School and attended Bridgewater State College.
Survivors include her mother, Maria; two daughters, M'lyssa and Morgan Silva; her siblings, Alfredo B. "Sonny" Silva, Jr. and his wife Faith, Elaine Costa, Yvonne Houtman and her husband Raymond, Shirley Paige, Beverly Gresham, Peggy Dias and her husband Mark, Diane Tavares, and Melissa Wilson and her husband Conan; her special nephew, Jordan DeBarros and his father Daniel; and many nieces and nephews.
She was the sister of the late Sandra Gonsalves and Anna Marie Silva.
Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday at 10 AM at St. Lawrence Church. Visiting hours will be on Wednesday from 4-8 PM at the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford.
