Maria A. “Marianna” Ferrelli, 80 of Medford, died Sunday April 12, after a brief illness.

Marianna was born in Prezza, Abruzzo, Italy, and lived in Medford for the past 14 years and formerly of Somerville. She was the daughter of the late Ester (Pasquale) and Sabatino Forgione. Marianna was a Seamstress, at Gianna's Bridal in Stoneham for over 30 years and retired in 2014.

Beloved wife of the late Ferdinando A. Ferrelli. Devoted mother of Francesca Evans and her husband Rex of Spring, TX, Antonio Ferrelli and his wife Patricia of Somerville. Loving grandmother of Alexander and Andrew Evans and Jessica Ferrelli.

Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford Saturday at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Ann Church, 399 Medford St., Somerville, at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Friday 4-8. Services will conclude with entombment at Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, Malden.
