Mary Sa Rogers, 96, of New Bedford died suddenly on Monday March 23, 2015 at Royal Taber Street Nursing Home. She was the wife of the late Joseph Rogers.
Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Germano and Catherine (Andrade) Sa, she lived in New Bedford all of her life.
Mary was an avid Boston Red Sox fan.
She is survived by two children, Judith M. Thornhill of New Bedford and Richard Michaels of Florida; a sister, Lucy LaBarge of New Bedford; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
She was predeceased by her daughter, Nancy Cadime and her granddaughter, Lori Berry.
