Nathan J.D. Dinsel, age 30, of Orlando, formerly of Norton, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 28, 2015 at the Dr. P. Phillips Hospital in Orlando.
Born in Norwood, MA on August 28, 1984, he was the loving son of James R. Dinsel and Deborah L. (Reade) Dinsel of Norton.
Nate grew up in Norton and was a graduate of the New Testament Christian School in Norton. He continued his education and received a degree in criminal justice from Massasoit Community College in Brockton.
For the past two years, Nathan had made his home in Orlando and was employed as a Transportation Specialist for Mears Transportation Group in Orlando. He had previously worked at Roche Bros in Norton for ten years.
He was a life member of the New Testament Baptist Church in Norton, which was recently renamed as the Life Church.
Nate was a lifelong gun enthusiast and was a member of the American Firearms School in North Attleboro. He also enjoyed riding motorcycles and always held a special love in his heart for animals.
In addition to his loving parents, he is survived by his devoted sisters Jennifer L. Rippett and her husband Thomas of Sanford, Maine and Erin E. Howells and her fiancé Chris Minich of Scranton, Pennsylvania. He is also survived by his adoring grandfather Carman K. Reade of Chesapeake, Virginia, many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and his best friend “Shadow”
His funeral services, to which relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend, will be held on Wednesday, March 4th at 11:00 A.M. in the Life Church, 1 New Taunton Ave. (Route 140) Norton. Burial will be at a later date at the Timothy Plain Cemetery in Norton.
Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, March 3rd from 5:00-8:00 P.M. at the Norton Memorial Funeral Home, 19 Clapp St. (Off Route 140, Taunton Ave.) Norton.
