Worcester-Nancy A.(Johnson) McDonnell age 72 died Thur. Jan. 29, 2015 in St. Vincent Hospital.
She leaves her husband of 47 years Wayne B. McDonnell. She also leaves 3 sons: Brian Hackett of Worcester, William Hackett of Webster and John McDonnell of Worcester, 4 daughters; Laura Hackett of Thompson, CT, Pauline Riordan of Worcester, Carrie McDonnell of Auburn and Jenny McDonnell or Worcester. She also leaves 2 brothers, Robert and Steven Johnson of Worcester and a sister Maryann Hoffman of NC and 3 grandchildren. She had 2 brothers that predeceased her Arthur and Donald Johnson. She was born in Worcester daughter of the late Arthur and Edna Johnson and lived here all her life. She enjoyed playing bingo and cards and visits to lighthouses and the beach.
There will be a celebration of life, Wed. Feb. 4, 2015 from 5PM- 7PM with a service at 6:45 PM, in the Lindquist Lundin Funeral Home, 36 Butler St, Worcester,MA. Please omit flowers and donations in her memory may be made to the American Diabetes Fund. The Shaw-Majercik Funeral Home, 48 School St., has been entrusted with her arrangements.
