Obituary

Worcester- Loretta M. Orawsky, 57, of Harlem St., died Monday January 19, at her residence following a courageous battle with cancer.

She was born October 8, 1957 in Fort Campbell KY, a daughter of the late George and Loretta (Mount) Orawsky and moved to Worcester with her family at an early age.

She was educated in the Worcester Public School System and earned her Phlebotomy certificate from Assumption College. Loretta worked for many years in the Worcester area as a Phlebotomist and throughout her career touched many lives.

Loretta had a love for animals especially her two cats, Misha and Hunter. She enjoyed time spent with family and was truly dedicated to her career.

She is survived by a brother, George F. Orawsky, and his wife Jean of Worcester, four sisters; Barbara J. Reidy and her husband Steven, Suzanne L. Frisch, Teresa A. Orawsky and Katherine A. Orawsky, all of Worcester; and also many Nieces and Nephews, and many great Nieces and Nephews.

Family and Friends are respectfully invited to attend Visiting Hours on Friday January 23, from 5 until 7pm at the CALLAHAN ~ FAY & CASWELL Funeral Home, 61 Myrtle St., Worcester. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.

The family wishes to offer their sincere thanks to Dr. Trister and the Oncology Staff of St. Vincent Hospital.
