Paul F. Davis, age 56, of Norton, formerly of East Bridgewater and Mansfield passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at the Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro. He was the beloved husband of the late Nancy (Conley) Davis and the late Janet (Penza) Davis.
Born in Weymouth, MA on October 4, 1957, he was a loving son of Arthur, Sr. and Mary (Willis) Brownell of Mansfield.
Paul spent his early childhood living in Dorchester. His family later moved to Mansfield where he grew up and was educated.
Mr. Davis was a former builder and remodeling contractor, and was the proud owner of Paul Davis Builders in East Bridgewater.
When not spending time with his adoring family, Paul’s greatest passion in life was being a true Harley Davidson enthusiast. He enjoyed traveling by way of motorcycle with friends; which included trips to Laconia and Sturgis bike weeks.
Paul’s other interests included camping in Maine, listening to music and he will always be remembered for his exceptional cooking skills. He had made his home in Norton for the past 9 years.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his devoted children Jason Davis of California, Joshua Davis of East Boston, Michele Davis of Kansas and Meghan Davis of East Bridgewater. He was the dear brother of Donna Wilbur of Easton, Debra Davis of Taunton, John Davis of Lowell, Arthur Brownell, Jr. of Mansfield and the late Robert Davis. He is also survived by his cherished grandsons Tyler and Brody Smith of Kansas, and several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend visiting hours on Thursday, July 10th from 5:00-8:00 P.M. at the Sherman & Jackson Funeral Home, 55 North Main St., Mansfield. Burial will be private.
