Willard L. "Bill" Williams died Saturday, January 18th in his home in Medford. Born in Everett, MA, he was the son of the late Seymour and Wenna (Sears) Williams. After serving in the Marine Corps during Korean War, Bill worked as a truck driver employed by Sanborns and APA. Bill was a proud member of Teamsters Local 25 for over 30 years.

Bill was the beloved husband of Joan (Webber) Williams and the devoted father of Dona Lee Williams of Deer Isle, ME, Stephen P. Williams of Salem, NH, Gary Williams and his wife Karen of Medford, Joni P. Matthews and her husband Alan of Windham, NH, Kenneth J. Williams and his wife Lisa of Norwell, Gregory P. Williams and his wife Joyce of Belmont. He was the loving grandfather of Derek S. Williams and his wife Candy of Windham, NH, James and Dana Lee Williams of Medford, Joshua, Jena, Jake, and Jared Matthews of Windham, NH, Anna, Lily, and Connor Williams of Norwell, Fergus and Flannan Williams of Belmont.

A funeral will be held from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main Street, Medford on Thursday, January 23 at 9am followed by a service in Grace Episcopal Church, 160 High St., Medford at 10am. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday from 4 through 8pm. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
