Virginia (Maher) McDonald of Newton, formerly of Brighton, passed away on October 18, 2013. She was 92 years old.
Virginia was the dear and devoted wife of the late Daniel B. McDonald Sr. Loving mother of Virginia Garfall and her husband Peter of Belmont, Michele Chatellier and her husband Tom of Beverly, Maureen McDonald and her husband Dave Seibert of Salem and Daniel McDonald Jr. and his wife Jean of West Roxbury. Cherished “Mama” of 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Mildred Buckley of Brighton, Vera Cullinane of Arlington and the late Helen Barrett. She is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
Virginia's Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Theresa of Avila Church on October 23, 2013.

Virginia was reunited with her beloved Daniel at St. Joseph Cemetery in West Roxbury.
