ON MAY 27, 2013 James Milton Ritz, 69, of Parkville, MD. James was a proud Vietnam Veteran who served in the U.S. Army. The beloved son of the late Milton M. Ritz and Elsie E. Miller and dear brother of Joan E. Stierstorfer, Joyce V. Young, Jerry M. Ritz, Geraldine L. Price and Dianne L. Andrews. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
