CARMEN A. TINKER, of Baltimore passed away at Good Samaritan Hospital on February 7, 2013. She is the beloved wife of the late Robert J. Tinker, Jr. Devoted mother of Carmen "Kitty" Tinker, Barry Tinker, Anita Zahn, Dana Tinker, Gene Tinker and Frank Tinker, loving grandmother of 8 and great-grandmother of 5.
