Annmarie T. (McInnis) McLaughlin, an 8 year resident of Pompano Beach, Florida and formerly of Charlestown, Everett and Derry, New Hampshire, passed into eternal life unexpectedly on Sunday, January 13, 2013 at Broward Health North Hospital in Deerfield Beach, Florida. She was 69 years old.
Annmarie was born in Boston on September 19, 1943, a daughter of the late Joseph McInnis and Helen (Gallivan) McInnis. She grew up in Charlestown where she attended the Boston Public School system. Annmarie was a dedicated homemaker who took pride in caring for her husband and children and the upkeep of her home. Annmarie loved to travel and listening to Irish music and was very involved with her shuffleboard teams in Everett and in Pompano Beach, Florida.
Annmarie is the cherished wife of 52 years to Patrick J. McLaughlin. She is the devoted mother of Patrick J. McLaughlin Jr. and his wife Sabrina of Saugus, Sharon Fiorentino and her husband John of Litchfield, New Hampshire and Shaun McLaughlin and his wife Tammy of Litchfield, New Hampshire. She is the loving Nana to Patrick J. III, Bernadine, John IV, Nicholas, Dominique, Jennifer and Shaun Jr. She is the beloved sister of Jackie McInnis of Maryland, Michael McInnis of Malden, Helen Schaar of Barnstable, Kathleen Murphy of Derry, New Hampshire, Susan Matarazzo of Charlestown and the late Joseph McInnis. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Annmarie's Funeral on Saturday, January 19, 2013 at 8:30 a.m. from The Carr Funeral Home, 1159 Main St. Melrose followed by her Funeral Mass in St. Mary's Church, 55 Warren St. Charlestown at 10 a.m. Interment will be at Woodlawn Cemetery in Everett. Visiting hours will be on Friday, January 18, 2013 from 4 to 8 p.m. in the funeral home.
