Suddenly on December 27, 2012 Dorothy L. Carter, 61, beloved wife of Bobby W. Carter and devoted mother of Tina and her husband Timothy Rein ; and Mathen Carter. Loving grand mother of Stephanie Carter, Justin Rein, China Carter, Elizabeth Carter and a great grandchild on the way. Also survived by brothers and sisters.
