Marcel H. Ayotte 64, of Pound Hill Rd died October 9, 2012 at home. Born in Woonsocket he was the son of the late Jeffrey and Jeannette (Deslauriers) Ayotte. Marcel was a Disabled Army Veteran of the Vietnam War.
He is survived by five brothers, his twin Maurice Ayotte of N. Smithfield, Jean Ayotte of Pascoag, Arthur Ayotte of Manville, Jeffrey Ayotte of Smithfield, and Leo Ayotte of Harrisville, a sister Blanche Decelles of Woonsocket and several nieces and nephews. He was also the brother of the late Roger, Real, and James Ayotte and Theresa Hickey.
A committal service with military honors will be held Friday October 19th at 11:00 AM in St. Theresa’s Cemetery in Nasonville. A Mass in his memory will be held Saturday November 17, 2012 at 8:30 AM in St. Theresa’s Church in Nasonville.
