On August 21, 2012 Isabele "Bella" Williams, 75 passed away in Baltimore. She was the devoted mother of Anthony B. Williams, Ann E. Williams and David A. Williams and his wife Samantha. loving grandmother of Brandon Williams and dear sister of Ann U. Jacobs and niece Pat Gibbons.
