Denise M. (Bolduc) Cloutier, 51, of Franklin, died Sunday, June 13, 2010 at the Geriatric Authority of Milford after a long illness. She was the beloved wife of Robert L. Cloutier to whom she married on August 18, 1996.
Born in Ludlow on July 1, 1958, she was the daughter of Raymond Bolduc of Delray, FL and Dorothy (Dinelle) Bolduc of Stewart, FL.
Denise grew up in Holliston and graduated from Holliston High School and Bridgewater State College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She resided in Hopkinton for several years until moving to Franklin 13 years ago.
Denise was a claims supervisor at Independent Claim Service in Westborough for many years and was formerly an adjuster at American States Insurance Co. in Natick.
Denise volunteered with Destination Imagination at the Keller School in Franklin and was a captain at the annual Relay for Life in Westborough and Franklin. She loved skiing and gardening and her summer vacations on the Cape with family and friends.
Besides her husband & parents, she is also survived by her son, Christopher R. Cloutier of Franklin, a sister, Cheryl Fischer of Franklin, her nieces and nephew, Monica, Allison and Andrew Fischer, all of Franklin, a sister-in-law, Pauline Jakeman of Coventry, RI, a brother-in-law, Maurice Cloutier and his wife, Shirley of Palm Harbor, FL and her mother-in-law, Rita Cloutier of Clearwater, FL.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral from the Ginley Funeral Home of Franklin, 131 Main St., Franklin on Thursday, June 17 at 9:15 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass at St. Mary’s Church in Franklin at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at the parish cemetery.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 4 – 8 p.m.
