Azevedo- of Brockton Norma Ann died Sunday April 4th in the Brigham and Woman’s, Boston after a period of failing health.
She was the daughter of the late Frank O’Hara and Florence(Wiley) O’Hara of Brockton. Mrs. Azevedo worked as a customer sales rep. for Chadwicks of Boston.
In addition to her mother she is survived by a son Ralph S. Azevedo and a daughter Rene M. Azevedo both of Brockton. Two brothers James and Michael O’ Hara of Brockton. 3 Grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Wed. April 7th at 11 am in the home of Funerarias Multi Culturel Brockton. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation from 9 am prior to services.
