LUDWICK, TONY LEE SR., 60 of Louisville passed away Friday, December 19, 2008.
Preceded in death by his son, Elvis Lee Ludwick; and a granddaughter, Bailey Lynn Ludwick.
Survivors include his three children, Tina Ludwick Slade, Leslie Lee and Tony Lee Ludwick Jr; a sister; five brothers; 12 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held 3 p.m. Monday at the Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with cremation to follow.
Visitation is 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. Monday.
