The visitation will be held at Hopewell Baptist Church in Water Valley, MS on Wednesday, May 30, 2007 from 1 to 2 p.m. The funeral service will be held at Hopewell Baptist Church at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Rick Glidewell presiding and Rev. Truman Scarborough assisting. The committal will be held in Pilgrim’s Rest Cemetery with Andy Shaw, Bubba Shaw, Billy Dean Fielder, Charles Dawkins, William Fielder and Dave Hovey serving as pallbearers.

Mrs. Clements is survived by two daughters, Deb Roach of Sierra Vista, AZ and Vicki Kendall of Huntsville, AL; a son, Mike Clements of Germantown, TN; her mother, Mattie D. Shaw of Water Valley, MS; two sisters, Charlene Torbert of Nashville, TN and Nan Rickett of Coffeeville, MS; a brother, Guy Dale Shaw of Water Valley, MS; 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
