Her husband Edgar Thebeau died in 2001. Mrs. Thebeau is survived by 7 sons Gerald of St. Ignace, New Brunswick, Jean–Guy of Oxford, Jimmy of Gardner, MA, Leo of Spencer, Edmond of Warren, Yvon of Sutton and Maurice of North Oxford; 4 brothers Eulysse Allain of North Oxford, Abraham Allain of North Oxford, Eve Allain of Moncton, New Brunswick and Euclide Allain of Sturbridge; five sisters Dorina Aucoin of Grandigue, New Brunswick, Dorice Richard of Gardner, MA, Nelida Poirier of Shirley, MA, Ludivine Arseneault of Moncton, New Brunswick and Ronalda Gallant of Moncton, New Brunswick; 14 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren and several nephews and nieces. Mrs. Thebeau was born in Acadieville, New Brunswick daughter of Edmond and Sophie (Doiron) Allain and is predeceased by a son Joseph E. Thebeau.
She was a member of Holy Name of Jesus Church in Worcester. Before retiring in 1990 Mrs. Thebeau worked as a stitcher for the Bloch New England Company and previously worked for R.J. Toomey.
The funeral will be held on Tuesday, May 15 from the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home 12 Hammond St. with a mass at 9 AM in Holy Name of Jesus Church 53 Illinois St. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours are on Monday, May 14 from 5 to 8 PM in the funeral home.
